1. Program description. These SMS Terms govern text messages sent by ServiceTitan as part of its text messaging program (the “SMS Program”). When you provide your mobile number to us, for example by requesting a demo or otherwise submitting your number through our website or other channels, you may receive text messages such as confirmations, service or account notifications, responses to your inquiries, and related follow-up. The specific messages you receive depend on the program or programs you opt into.

2. Consent. By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from ServiceTitan, including messages sent by an autodialer or other automated technology, as described above. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Opt-out. Text STOP at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you re-enroll.

7. Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy. Mobile information you provide for the SMS Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.servicetitan.com/legal/privacy-policy.  Mobile information will not be shared with or sold to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Relationship to Terms of Use. These SMS Terms supplement and are part of our Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference, including their arbitration, class-action waiver, governing law, and limitation-of-liability provisions. In the event of a conflict between these SMS Terms and the “Consent to Electronic Communications” provision of the Terms of Use, these SMS Terms control solely with respect to the SMS Program.

10. Changes. We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the SMS Program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
