DATA OWNERSHIP
Open Data Pledge
ServiceTitan’s commitment to the trades.
ServiceTitan’s commitment to the trades.
The mission of ServiceTitan is to transform the trades through technology so that contractors can reach the level of success they deserve. We understand that achieving this goal is only possible by acting in the best interest of contractors.
To that end, we pledge to recognize and respect the data rights of our customers. Most importantly, we pledge to enable the seamless export of customer data to a CSV format, so that if or when a customer chooses to go elsewhere, they are free to do so with as little obstacle and with as much convenience as possible.
We maintain that this pledge is vital to preserving integrity of the trades. It is also a fundamental representation of who we are—that is, a technology partner whose primary concern is the success of our customers. We make it enthusiastically on behalf of ServiceTitan and all of its employees.
